The Founding Story

Why Nayla Exists.

Every enduring institution begins with a question that refuses to leave its founders alone. Ours was this: why do so many children fail to experience the education they deserve — not because they lack ability, but because the adults entrusted with their formation are rarely aligned into a coherent educational partnership?

Nayla Consults was born from a pattern that both founders had observed for years: premium Nigerian families receiving educational support that was informal, unvetted, and completely unsupervised. Tutors hired on recommendation. Governesses placed without a brief. The families were not the problem. The system was.

We came to believe that the greatest educational need was not simply better tutors. It was better educational formation. Children flourish when families, educators, and educational philosophy are intentionally aligned. Nayla Consults was established to help families build educational systems that continue to flourish — with or without us.

What was missing was not talent. What was missing was formation.

Co-Founder · Director of Education

Postgraduate qualification in Education. Designs and oversees all Nayla diagnostic frameworks, educator quality standards, and family educational consultations. All Nayla Learning Diagnostics are conducted within her structured methodology and reviewed under her supervision. She is the professional academic authority behind every Nayla engagement. She is the academic authority behind The Nayla Standard and the founding Director of the Nayla Educators’ Institute.

Co-Founder · Managing Partner

17 years building and running operational businesses in Nigeria, including Wellroute Ltd and Prowheels Integrated Services. Leads all Nayla operations, client management, partnerships, and business development. The operational and commercial structure that makes Nayla's professional standards deliverable at scale, consistently, across every family and every market. He is the operational and commercial architect of Nayla’s engagement model, and the founding Managing Partner of the Institute.
