Formation does not end at admission. Every Nayla Educator progresses through five levels — each one a deeper standard of practice, trust, and responsibility.
The criteria below are a structural first draft, built to be reviewed and confirmed by the Institute’s founding faculty before publication as official policy.
Admission Standard
Every Founding Member and every educator admitted through the standard pathway holds this level on entry.
Proven in Practice
Awarded to educators who have demonstrated sustained excellence across active placements.
Trusted with Complexity
Awarded to educators entrusted with the most demanding or highest-stakes placements.
A Standard-Bearer
Reserved for educators whose practice exemplifies The Nayla Standard at the highest level.
Forms the Next Generation
The senior-most designation — educators who help form future cohorts of the Institute.
