The Nayla Educators’ Institute is a professional formation body, formally founded on 15 August 2026, that admits, forms, and certifies every educator who works with Nayla families — built around The Nayla Philosophy and The Nayla Standard. Every educator placed by Nayla is a member of the Institute.
Every Nayla Educator is formed through the Institute’s admission and formation process, and held to The Nayla Standard — a published, six-pillar code of professional and personal conduct. We do not recruit educators. We form them.
The Nayla Educators’ Institute was formally founded on 15 August 2026, when its Founding Cohort of twenty educators took the Educator Oath and signed the Educator Covenant in Lagos.
Yes — through Nayla Roots, we serve Nigerian and African diaspora families in the UK, Canada, Australia, and the USA, entirely virtually, in local currency.
